Can you commit to a Tuesday & Thursday 7-11PM server hour Raid schedule?:

(Forum says Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Even though, yes i can make those raid times no problemo.

References (These do help your application):

I don't have any References. Maybe some of you have seen me around but that is about it.

We are a 10man raiding guild and because of this we have to bench people sometimes. Competition gets you the raid spot.

Benching isn't a problem, and competing for a spot brings a challenge for me to work harder for the spot.

Always good to have good players. However we all know that Blizzard hates melee. There are a few fights that we want as many range as possible for progression. Our DPS Warrior knows this. That being said there are fights that it doesn't matter so much. If you're a good player you would be considered for these, but try not to be discouraged if people don't bring you. This is merely a melee vs range issue.

I'm totally for it, but those are my only qualms about it. Thanks for the app.

While the app looks decent, we just don't need another melee. Our warrior already sees minimal raid time, and for heroic progression it's going to be even less. Thanks for the app, but denying for melee issues.
